One Less Place to Eat Chicken & Waffles

I may as well continue this week with another random post. I just can't be bothered with (writing about) fatherhood, family and being a husband 24/7. Jokes. Ha ha.

First, Charles' Southern Style Kitchen closed it's doors. I driven there at least 4 times last fall and this spring trying to ~~clog my arteries~~get a platter of fried chicken, candied yams and collard greens. I recently learned it was seized.

Now it appears another favorite of mine, Amy Ruth's of Harlem, is headed for the same fate.
