What does it look like?

Where is it located - on the job, in our homes, in our relationships?
Is it individually definable?
Is it money?
Do we deserve it?
Is it required?
If we don't have it, what is required to get it?

Of course this chat is open to Moms too. In fact it's open to everyone so even if you aren't a parent, husband, wife, etc., please drop in.
