Mondays With Michelle: Baked Crispy Chicken Wings
Today, I have for you a spin on a classic: Chicken Wings! They are usually fried and covered in some type of finger licking sauce (which I love by the way). But in an effort to be a tad more health conscious I have taken to baking them.

Crispy Wings, Baking. Yum... |
It’s a pretty simple recipe. You really just need a good spice mix and some time. Here is the recipe…
Crispy Baked Chicken Wings:
Ingredients:
- 1 1-2 lb package of chicken wings
- 1 Tbs paprika
- 1 tsp parley flakes dried
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Baked & Crispy! |
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Season chicken generously with above spices.
- Place seasoned chicken on a aluminum foil lined cookie sheet. (spray foil with Pam to prevent excess sticking.)
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, when done chicken will be golden with a crispy skin. (Be sure to turn chicken over half way through the cooking time.)
- Serve with a mixed green salad or mixed vegetables.

*Side Note: You can always change the spice mix on these babies... lemon pepper, garlic, or you could even keep it simple with salt and pepper then toss the wings in hot sauce. There are a ton of variations!*
Hope you all enjoy this recipe at home!
